Infusion of a high quantity of wild Sardinian red myrtle berries fresh for several months in beet molasses alcohol. Subsequent filtration and addition of a syrup composed of water and sugar.

Ethereal, balsamic, with evident hints of Mediterranean scrub, fresh fruit and the essential oil present in the plant.

Ruby-violet red, dense and impenetrable.

Sweet, enveloping, warm, velvety, with a remarkable persistence of fruit, amalgamated with a delicately bitter note and a slight tannic aftertaste.
