A twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted if the package is returned due to failed delivery. Shipping costs will not be refunded. We are not responsible for packages that are returned due to an incorrect address provided by the Customer. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.
If the package is returned damaged due to a failed delivery attempt or refusal of delivery, the Customer is responsible for the full cost of the order. No refund will be issued for the damaged products.

A signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery of all packages containing alcohol. If no one of legal age is available to sign for the package, it will not be delivered and will be returned to us. All orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-9 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible, but processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
All Ground shipments placed Monday through Friday before 4pm PST will be processed and shipped within 1-9 business days. Reup Liquor currently only ships within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. You must provide a valid physical address for delivery.
Once an order is placed, any request to change the shipping address must be made promptly. The buyer may request an address change by contacting our customer service. We will make every effort to accommodate the request, but we cannot guarantee that the shipping address will be changed after the order has been processed. If the package has already been shipped to the original address provided by the buyer, we will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered packages resulting from an incorrect or outdated address. The Customer additionally represent hat they have obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, are working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, and are legally entitled to take possession of the alcoholic beverages. The Customer further represent that they are legally entitled to take possession of the quantities ordered, and that the Customer and the person accepting delivery of the alcoholic beverages are at least 21 years of age.
By completing a purchase on our Website, the Customer is explicitly requesting that Reup Liquor appoint a common carrier and arrange for the transportation of the purchased items, including alcoholic beverages, on your behalf for delivery to your designated address. Change in Shipping Laws. Following the placement of any order, and prior to the goods being shipped, in the event the laws of your State change so as to make it illegal for the Customer to import alcoholic beverages into the Customer’s State, the Customer may return the order for a full refund, provided however, the Customer has submitted proof to Reup Liquor, and its counsel, of regulations pertaining to such law changes. All returns must be made in accordance with California law and returns across state lines are not permitted.
