Exchanges and Refunds

All sales are final. Reup Liquor does not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases, except in the case of incorrect orders or damaged products. If the Customer’s product was received significantly damaged, the Customer may be eligible for an exact replacement, if the product is in stock and the Customer has purchased shipping insurance at the time of checkout. In the event that the product is no longer in stock, the Customer may be eligible for store credit in the amount of the purchase price of the damaged item, including shipping costs.

If the product the Customer received does not match the product on the receipt of your order, Reup Liquor will ship you the correct item that matches your receipt upon receiving the incorrect item back via a Reup Liquor provided return label. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue the Customer store credit in the amount of the purchase price of the incorrect item. Please review the Product Listing and Description section of the Terms of Service for product listing and descriptions.

If the Customer has received an incorrect order or a damaged product, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order to request a refund. We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product and receiving a refund.

If the Customer places an order and that order has not yet been packaged or shipped, Reup Liquor may issue a refund. However, if the Customer decides to cancel an order that has not yet been packaged or shipped, the Customer will be charged a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. Reup Liquor reserves the right to make exceptions.

All returns and exchanges, including for incorrect orders or damaged products, are subject to our approval. Reup Liquor reserves the right to deny any return or exchange request if it does not meet our eligibility requirements.

Upon the placement of an order and prior to the shipment of goods, in the event of a change in the laws of the Customer’s State that renders it illegal to import alcoholic beverages, the Customer may request to return the order for a full refund. However, to qualify for the refund, the Customer must provide proof of regulations regarding the change in law to Reup Liquor and its legal counsel. All returns must adhere to California law and returns across state lines will not be accepted. Once an order has been shipped, title to the goods transfers to the Customer in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein, and no refunds can be issued.
