The peanut butter and jelly sandwich – known simply as PB&J is a beloved American classic. The combination of PB&J rose to popularity during and after World War II, when peanut butter proved to be healthy, inexpensive and readily available during turbulent times. PB&J continues its popularity.

Second-generation Master Distiller Tim Vos selected raspberry flavored jelly after taste-testing peanut butter sandwiches matched with various jellies. “For me, the raspberry jelly came out the best,” he says. It is fresh, fruity and mingles very well with the oily structure of the peanut butter.”
