The City of London Gin is distilled in a pot still under the careful expertise of the Master Distiller.
The City of London is synonymous with the rich history of Gin dating back to the 1600s. With improvements in gin distilling through the centuries, the “London Dry” style dates back to the 19th Century during which time London was a well-respected and dynamic distilling hub. Today, although Gin is produced internationally, London remains the true spiritual home.
Tasting Notes: Intense juniper and zesty citrus aromas accompanied by subtle spice and earthy hints on the palate with a refreshing, dry finish.
