I ordered two bottles. The package arrived all wet. The contents were packaged well and the glass bottles were not broken. However, one of the bottle tops was loose and about a third of the contents of that bottle leaked out. I had the insurance and sent an email about getting that one bottle replace. I heard nothing. I called and they had be resend the email that included photos. I'm still hopeful that they will resolve the situation, but so far I've heard NOTHING. -Still Waiting
