Produced from reserve blend of Canadian Rye whiskies aged 8 years, Tap Rye Sherry Finished is crafted in small batches using the time-honored tradition of the pot stills. Aged in white oak barrels and finished with a touch of Amontillado Sherry from the Jerez region in Spain, the result is a distinctly fine spirit that is deep in color , and imbued with warm notes of nuts, caramel, and a hint of berry's.
