Made from locally grown Kentucky-selected corn, rye, and malted barley, this traditional mash bill creates a distinct flavor profile in our Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Our 90-proof single barrel bourbon is aged in new American char #4 white oak barrels, which imparts a deep amber color to the whiskey. On the palate, this full-bodied bourbon offers notes of vanilla, caramel, and a spicy finish. We recommend savoring it slowly, perhaps with a bit of chocolate or your favorite cigar.
