Starlight Old Rickhouse Toasted Series Double Oaked Rye is a small-batch signature rye blend that has been aged for a minimum of 4 years in new, charred oak barrels before being transferred to a toasted French Oka barrel to age for an additional 3-8 months. This unique aging process enhances the whiskey with toasted oak notes, enhanced citrus sweetness, and pronounced rye spice.
