Sonoma Whiskey is committed to the craft of creating wonderful whiskey, even if it means taking the old-world approach of crafting our bourbon from grain to glass entirely in-house using small-batch double pot distillation in a copper Scottish still. Our inspiration comes from the food and wine of Sonoma County, and we pour that same passion into each bottle of our bourbon.
