We love sharing our homemade liquid because we get to let y’all taste what makes our part of the world so special for making great whiskey. This mature wheat whiskey was mashed, fermented, distilled, and aged in the Appalachian climate at our distillery (that’s it on the front of this label). We then further improved the whiskey by resting it in a Vino de Naranja cask from Spain. This finishing adds a surprising meddling of flavors, including notes of cherry, vanilla, cinnamon, and orange cream. Think of the flavor as a Manhattan.
