We took the same vintage blending philosophy that we used to create Small Batch, except this time the goal was to create high proof bourbon that tasted its best neat. Uncut is so rich and sweet with an unbelievably thick mouth feel, the heat and rye spice finish are a welcome addition. It's like milk with cookies!

This Uncut Unfiltered is not limited or special. Because of you wonderful bourbon drinking people, we've gone through all of the 2020 custom amber glass much faster than anticipated. Amber glass is only made a couple times of year, so we've had to have our custom bottles made using clear glass until the 2021 amber campaign begins. Clear glass will be used between May and August of 2021, when the new custom amber bottles are scheduled to show up!

Great Bourbon from Las Vegas

I bought two of these without tasting them because Of all the great reviews. I particularly follow Jason C. of Mash and Drum and he gives this really interesting comments and praise. It does have dark berry notes. Currants to be more specific. It is uncut but the hot is minimal. It swallows easy and is quite delicious. Love the bottles. They are spot on motifs right out of the old Wild West! I highly recommend it, it’s a great pour.
