Horrible Customer Service

I've order this as a Christmas present on Dec. 5th. I've called and left messages several times. I've emailed the company multiple times and NEVER received a response. I've received my order on 1/23/24. An entire month and half later. I've also ask to cancel my order multiple times and again NEVER received a response. I will not recommend this company to anyone nor will I ever order again.
