Light color. Fruity, green, overripe aromas and marzipan flavors over ripe red apple, green jolly rancher, guava, and dill pickles with a supple, smooth, dry but light to medium fruity body and a spicy, interesting, medium-long finish with hints of schezwan pepper, toasted coconut, and moist tobacco. A complex and interesting mezcal with a wonderful balance of spice, smoke, and sweetness.
