A limited edition Rum from Cihuatán, El Savadore.
This strikingly designed bottling is a small batch release, limited to a small number of bottles in each release.
This rum’s production has been overseen by the Master Blender Gabriela Ayala. The spirit is produced from Molasses, and aged in American oak casks.
The result is a spicy and sweet rum, with notes of papaya, mango, pineapple, toffee, milk chocolate, cinnamon, all spice, a touch of chilli, citrus rind, honeyed bananas and roasted almonds.
Bottled at 47.5% ABV, this a robust and intense rum, perfect for sipping slowly.
The rum is presented beautifully, in a bottle and tube inspired by the local Central American history and myths. Each bottling is hand numbered, and just 6337 were produced in this batch.
