Originating from the town of Zoquitlan, this is one of the rarer Silvestre agaves and the first we've stocked in the store.
The flavor of the Agave recalls Tobala with tons of tropical fruit and citrus. That said there's much more earthy gravel and pepper. Richly textured and ultra-dense, the smoke is the perfect frame to the wild flavors of this special plant. Mineral and spice build on the finish leaving you with a long lingering finish.
