One bottle popped open

Packaging was great, but somehow one of the 3 bottles that I ordered popped open and I ended up with 2 bottles. The bottle wasn’t broken, the top was just off and the liquor spilled all inside the box. I’m waiting to hear back for customer service in order to get that 1 bottle ship to me.
