Ernest is a harmonious blend of hand-selected rums, carefully curated by our 7th Generation Master Distiller, Ron Call. With meticulous precision, he has artfully combined the finest rums sourced from South and Central America to create a truly exquisite blend.
To achieve its remarkable depth and complexity, Ernest undergoes a unique double-finishing process. After initial aging, the rum is placed in new, 36-month air-dried staves in heavy toasted American white oak barrels, infusing it with rich and robust flavors. It is then double-finished in both Cognac casks and Armagnac casks, adding further layers of complexity and enhancing its overall character.
