The color is a deep amber with a hint of "ancient gold." Spices, oak bark, and dried fruit are all present in this bright, elegant, and complex perfume. There are hints of balm in the end. Tastes rich, complex, complete, and surprisingly mellow and rounded. A light harshness at the conclusion is softened by pleasant notes that are clearly articulated. Aftertaste is long and noble.
