To create this exquisite whiskey, we've patiently and confidently allowed the barrels to age slowly, resulting in a youthful personality that showcases interesting secondary flavors. Additionally, 20% of the batch was finished for a short time in opera barrels, which enhances the overall flavor and aroma.
This whiskey boasts a mash bill or blend of 95% Rye and 5% Malted Barley, and is distilled in Lawrenceburg, IN. The proof of this fine whiskey is 110, making it a robust and bold spirit that's sure to satisfy even the most discerning whiskey lover.
Our current batch, #1, was produced in limited quantities of only 265 cases, making it a rare and exclusive find.
