Nixta Licor de Elote is a one-of-a-kind Mexican corn liqueur made from a base of tender, ancestral cacahuazintle (kaka • wha • SINT • lay) maize, grown in the high valleys and foothills of the Nevado de Toluca.

Nixta is produced at the Destilería y Bodega Abasolo, where we honor the Mexican culture of corn and the ancestral craft of nixtamalization—a 4,000 year old Mesoamerican cooking technique that uncovers the deepest flavors and aromas of maize.

Enjoy Nixta on the rocks or as a modifier in cocktails like a margarita!

Finally got it!

Love the website, love the easy shipping, and I am not in love with Nixta! If you are into agave spirits and the like add this to your bar
