This yeast is derived through a low-temperature fermentation process, evoking the enchanting world of fruity and floral sake.
In this mesmerizing iteration, the Miyagikyo expression unfurls a delicate profile, amplifying the distillery's distinctive fruity characteristics. Upon nosing, one is greeted by an abundance of pear, peach, and apricot aromas, with a subtle undercurrent of sweet barley sugars, reminiscent of marshmallows. The palate delivers a harmonious blend of cereal notes and fresh brioche, embraced by the sweetness of wildflower honey.
