Worst service experienced as an overseas customer
The product is fine, the non existent communication and service was unspeakable, as delivery was only initiated after having the groom chase you up for the delivery which was only initiated after his calls 2-3 days after delivery should have taken place. Still to this date, no response to my email complaint. As a worldly travelled businessman working within the music industry, selecting your organisation was based on your self acclaimed premium marketing which is not what I’ve experienced. Any other global organisation would have at the very least, sent a letter of apology and offered for the delivery charges to be refunded due to your internal shipping and or dispatch errors and sent an apology to the delivery address to the wedded couple regarding the delay. I will not recommend your business within my circles and networks based on the above unless something drastic was to occur to make amends.
