One of the few "sippable" piscos!

Pisco, as a whole, is far too strong to be considered a "sippable" licor. However, the Mistral Nobel is a fantastic exceptional. With its notes settled in rum, this particular pisco is great after dinner drink; or, at any time that one feels a need to celebrate their mood. Be careful, though. As with most piscos, the alcohol content can catch up with you quickly.
