In the little hamlet of Santa Isabel in the State of San Luis Potos, Master Mezcalero Juan Jose Hernandez produces Mezcal de Leyendas Maguey Verde. Traditional techniques are used to create this handmade mezcal, which is 41.4 percent alcohol by volume and is bottled unaged.
