The distillery in which Aaron Robles produces this mezcal is located on a mountainside, only accessible on foot or on horseback. There, the tobala agaves are picked and distilled using traditional methods, producing a bright and fresh spirit.
It's bright on the nose with medicinal notes, menthol, and eucalyptus aromas. The complex palate has pine, a touch of brine, and roasted agave. The finish is long with lingering notes.
Aromas: Honey, floral notes and light smoke.
Flavors: Complex palet with sweet undertones.
