It is best expressed in a Martini Cocktail served with a caper fruit. In a classic gin and tonic, its freshness is best enhanced, and the notes of green citrus and peppermint are amplified. Serve with a dry tonic, lemon zest, and a mint leaf. Also worth trying straight served cold.
