There's a good chance you're shopping for Mekhong to use in your Thai Sabai, one of the unique Thai cocktails. I found this Mekhong on Reup and had it shipped all the way to Florida because no one is savvy enough to distribute it here yet. Let me do you a solid, because I'm an incredibly generous guy, and give you the perfected Thai Sabai recipe. I got this from a bar I visited in Bangkok and made a few modifications. 2 oz Mekhong, 1.5 oz simple syrup, 1 oz fresh lime juice, 4 Thai basil leaves, 3 slices galangal. Muddle the garnishes with the lime juice, then combine and shake over ice. Thank me later.
