Maximo Imperio Anejo Cristalino is a stunning anejo with a crystal-like clarity and appearance considering its age. On the nose, caramel butterscotch and vanilla mingle with subtle notes of toasted oak and white pepper to create an amazing fragrance from the crystaline spirit. Caramel and cooked agave mingle with vanilla oak and pepper on the palate until a long finish with rich caramel, pepper, and baking spice lingers faintly on the tongue.
A classic fermentation and distillation process followed by resting time in our cellars enhances the unique flavor profile and smell of the blue agave tequila in our barrels.
