Maker's Mark is a wheated bourbon, first introduced in 1953 by "Bill" Samuels Snr, produced with the assistance on none other than a certain Julian 'Pappy' Van Winkle. This 2008 special edition is called Rock the Vote and features a special label and two extra layers of blue and white wax alongside the traditional red.
