The liqueur is obtained by infusing the peel of Tarocco Gallo oranges harvested in the month of January in alcohol. This variety grown on the slopes of Etna is distinguished by the presence of anthocyanins in the skins, the basis of its rich heritage of perfumes.
Ingredients: water, agricultural alcohol, sugar, infusion of orange peel, tarocco variety.
Any residues are obtained from the infusion of orange peel.
