Oaxaca is the mezcalero epicenter of the country and it is undoubtedly a world carved in legends, green quarry, black mud and, of course, mezcal.

Elaboration process : traditional. Machucado in Chilean tahona pulled with horse. Underground cooking in conical oven with tepehuaje and sabino wood.

Tasting Notes: Ripe citrus aromas, a notable presence of cooked agave and alcohol. In the mouth, land followed by a sweet and fruity flavor derived from the tropical fruits of the region.
