Tasting Notes
The peat is more expressive and encompasses aromas of pepper, grapefruit and cardamom. The finish is full of finesse with flavors of pralines, exotic fruits and vine peach. Finesse and veil of peat. Complex and persistent length.
Nose: Slightly smoky, with notes of undergrowth, bay leaf and fresh cereals. The oak is grilled and roasted.
