Kübler Original or "La Bleu" is a blanche kind of Absinthe bottled at 53 percent ABV. It is made from 9 botanicals and Wormwood sourced only from the Val de Travers, and it is the original family recipe dating back to 1863.
After 92 years, the prohibition on absinthe was abolished in the United States in 2007. Kübler Absinthe became the first brand on the US market to emerge from the birthplace of absinthe, Val-de-Travers, Switzerland, thanks to the leadership of Yves Kübler. Kübler has been continuously distilled by the same family since its inception in 1863, notwithstanding the ban.
