Hudson has always been known for its big, bold flavor: we like to think of it as New York attitude (and New York grains) distilled. And like New York itself, our whiskey is in a class of its own.
TASTING NOTES :
Mouth: On the palate, this whiskey is again light and fresh and has a different initial bitterness that grips the inside of the Palate ( a combination of charred wood, cereal grain husks and wood spices , especially of nutmeg ).
Color: Hudson Manhattan Rye 375ml is golden brown.
Nose: very promising . Initially there are lots of different grains with hints of wood smoke and the grain is reminiscent of sourdough bread.
