This homegrown Boone’s Bourbon is distilled from a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% barley at Striped Pig Distillery in Charleston.
Pleasant sweet aromas of caramel-corn, baking spice, a bit of pepper, and vanilla. The palate is sweet with caramel butter, cinnamon, a hint of smoke, and subtle crisp apples. The finish has a burst of baking spice.
