Each Cask Collection Whiskey is crafted by blending selected lots of straight whiskey and then finishing them in second-use barrels. For this expression, the straight bourbon whiskey is finished in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels, which imparts the whiskey with a unique flavor profile that is rich and complex. Nose
Notes of dark fruit, blackberry, and vanilla, with hints of oak and spice.
Palate
Smooth and rich, with flavors of red wine, black cherry, and dark chocolate, followed by a subtle smokiness and a hint of oak.
