Herbsaint is an anise flavored liqueur created by J. Marion Legendre in New Orleans during the 1930s as a replacement for absinthe, as at the time it was banned in America. Despite the ban being lifted, the liqueur remains popular today and is still used in the New Orleans recipe for a Sazerac cocktail.

Herbsaint Legendre Original Liqueur

Needed this because my wife is a bit overpowered by Absinthe and we had Sazerac in New Orleans, and this is what they use instead. Very easy to order, but had I realized I had to sign for it I would have shipped it to my work instead of home. I just had to change delivery to an Auto Parts store and pick it up there.
