In honour of the Lunar New Year 2021, Hennessy collaborates with world renowned contemporary artist Liu Wei for a limited edition version of the iconic Hennessy XO Cognac. Entering the year of the Ox, Liu Wei’s design symbolizes the notion of Spring and draws inspiration from all that the season represents; spontaneous joy, new possibilities and a time for growth. Including a rich color palette that fuses the colors red and gold in the same way that the Hennessy’s skilful artisans blend together the different eaux-de-vie components when creating the Cognac itself. Standing proud with a long history, Hennessy XO was the first Cognac produced by the brand back in 1870 when Maurice Hennessy created the blend for his friends, Since then the iconic Cognac has become the emblem of Hennessy, renowned for its deep and powerful flavors that have come to life through the essence of time.
