We fell in love with the aroma of California’s mandarin orange trees, but when we tried distilling the fruit, the acids in the juice wouldn’t cooperate. After plenty of late nights tinkering around in our hangar, we decided: let’s try the flowers instead! Since we only pick at the height of bloom, we’re constantly battling time and the elements. The result is more than worth it – a beautiful, aromatic vodka that is bright, clean and packed with citrus.
