H&H Distillery began with a burning desire to provide quality liquor. The Howard family, a family of entrepreneurs & hard workers, introduces its finest quality craft spirits. The product of a well thought out process infused with hard work and passion. With roots in WNC, one of our nation's most premier beer, wine & spirits crafting homes, we aim to uphold that reputation for our home.
H&H looks forward to being a part of this genuine & fine spirited community. We named our contemporary rum after two classics; our grandfather, Hazel, and his '63 Cadillac. This premium Rum is made with a fine select molasses and Western Carolina's crisp mountain water. After the choice cuts are collected from distillation, Hazel 63 is finished on new, French and American Oak.
It is then bottled and packed by hand at our facility. From raw material to finished product, Hazel 63 Rum is cooked, fermented, distilled, aged, and bottled all in small batches at our facility.
