This amazing baseball bat shapped bottle has a trademark in the U.S, the bottle is produced using a semi-automatic process in Tonala, Jalisco, the home plate is 100% hand made using real wood that comes from the state of Michoacan.
The Process
Hacienda la capilla only uses agave from highlands of Jalisco, the blue agave is cooked in autoclave ovens, once the agave is cooked the juice is extract using a shreader, the fermentation process takes 72 hours then the tequila is distillated 2 times in copper stills as it used to be in the past!
