Refined Whiskey distilled from mash of Gouden Carolus Tripel. A first for Belgium are hand hammered copper pot stills in which the barley mash is distilled . This result in a pure and clear spirit . The aging in first fill Bourbon casks followed y a further aging in Anker casks ( wooden casks made by cooper ) has resulted in a refined whisky with full balance of taste .
Taste notes
The subtle fruit aromas are nicely supplemented by notes of wood and vanilla.
