The bouquet is revealed in stages : sweetness of ripe apricot at first, then a slight vegetal hint, and sweet spices (vanilla) and caramel in the finish.

The taste is at first very round and smooth mouth, reminding of one caramelized apricot compote.

Gifford Abricot liqueur

This is great with gin. Had to order it from Reup Liquor because it is not carried in the stores near me. These delivery time and the way it was packaged was fantastic. Will definitely order from them again.
