A valuable gin: 7 local botanicals and aging in acacia barrels. A simple and sincere gin, flavored with seven botanicals. Aging for an indefinite period, inside acacia barrels, serves to accentuate its roundness. The color is amber and the scent is of juniper mixed with hints of acacia and in the finish fresh notes given by citrus fruits. The taste is round and delicate, the juniper aroma is decisive, while that of the wood is very light and softens the final taste.
