Its characteristic bouquet originates from the combination of spices, such as cloves, cinnamon, and pepper, with citrus notes but in perfect balance with the floral scents that distinguish it without ever being intrusive and incredibly elegant.
Obtained from an ancient recipe where we find flowers and petals, but also roots and fruits. After a long period of extraction of the botanicals, we add a very fine grain distillate, which gives it a touch of modernity and is deliberately sugary
Its use is almost exclusively relegated to an ingredient in pastry recipes or in the kitchen, but it also finds space to revisit the great classic cocktails.
