Bigallet's patented process of distilling fresh orange peel macerations results in the rich orange scent and flavor found in China-China. The earthy and bitter gentian, acidic chinchona bark, silky anise, spicy clove.
And a handful of other secret Alpine herbs and spices are mixed into this strong orange distillate. The dark, orange glow of China-China is created when the flavors are mixed with rich caramel to temper the natural bitterness.
