Don Abraham's agave plants originate from Amatitan, one of the finest growing regions in all of Jalisco, Mexico - these plants are 100% organically farmed. In this beautiful valley the perfect combination of soil, weather and other natural factors produces the excellent growing conditions, which are required to produce the finest blue agave of the highest quality. Our master growers select only the finest mature plants from our fields to be used in the making of Tequila Don Abraham.

Classically produced in the traditional process, strictly controlled to obtain the best and finest quality. Tequila Don Abraham Organic uses only 100% organically farmed blue agave plants. The careful cooking process, fermentation and double distillation result in a product specially made to, satisfy the taste of the most demanding connoisseurs. The entire process is supervised step by step until we obtain our Organic Blanco Tequila. Which we then aged for 9 months in a selection of various styles of oak barrels.
This gives us the authentic color and aroma flavor of our Reposado Tequila. Our Anejo is aged for a minimum of 16 months and our Extra Anejo for a minimum of 3 years. This combination of production and barrel aging gives Tequila Don Abraham its sophisticated and unique taste.
