David's Slingshot Israeli Single Barrel Whiskey is a unique corn-based whiskey, handcrafted in the hill of the Ella Valley, where David defeated Goliath. Made from a recipe concentrated in smaller grains, this spirit is aged for a minimum of two years in former cabernet barrels made from American white oak, resulting in a delectable taste with an ultra-long finish.

Tasting notes:

Nose
The aroma of toasted oak, vanilla, and caramel is evident upon the first sniff, followed by notes of ripe fruit, including raisins and apricots.

Palate
On the palate, the whiskey is complex and rich, with flavors of dark chocolate, brown sugar, and spicy pepper. The sweetness of the cabernet barrels is evident, with hints of berry fruits and red grapes.

Finish
