Matured initially in American white ak ex-bourbon casks and 30 year old Matusalem oloroso sherry butts, it is then finessed in Cabernet Sauvignon wine barriques. Aromas of cinnamon, vanilla and red fruits. Tropical fruits on the palate with banana, toffee, and vanilla ice cream. Orange zest on the finish with bergamot and crushed spices.
